Work related stress is the cause of 9.9 million days off in the UK last year, and mindfulness training is scientifically proven to help employees better manage their stress levels. Mindfulness training creates a higher return on your investment than the usual relaxation and wellbeing days, as it provides the employee with a new way of being, backed up by the latest evidence, rather than a one off workshop that is quickly forgotten.

Thrive has successfully delivered mindfulness and stress management training to many organisations including the BBC, Children in Need, and public and private sector organisations such as Norse and Crown Commercial Services. 

We provide a number of different ways of working, from taster sessions through to the full 8 week mindfulness at work course. The course allows employees to work at their own pace, they are given CD’s and a workbook to allow them incorporate mindfulness techniques into their everyday life at work and at home.

Mindfulness at work helps people to be healthier, happier, more focused, more efficient, creative and resilient. The techniques provided can encourage new ways of working that increase engagement and reduce absenteeism, improve workplace productivity and resilience and develop employees listening and communication skills.  However, mindfulness will also provide employees with much more than this, it will allow them to develop tools to reduce stress and live a more rounded and balanced life.

  • Learning how to accept stressful work events and move forward
