Thrive offers you the full 8 week mindfulness for stress or health course on an individual basis where personal issues can be explored in more depth in a supportive and confidential environment.
One-to-one courses will cover the full course curriculum in 8 sessions of an hour and a half. You will receive full course materials, a CD and email support between sessions.
Coaching will support you to learn how to bring mindfulness strategies into your day to day life, reflect on where you are, how you are currently living and explore ways in which you might like to change.
