 Relax Kids – Family Sessions

Had a hectic week, want some family downtime? Why not try a Relax kids class with your family for children aged up to 10. Five pounds per session, with discounts for siblings. Especially for graduates of our 8-week courses, or for those with more experience of mindful meditation, this special drop-in class will help you reconnect with your practice, deepen your understanding, and develop new strategies to stay present every day. This will be held in the beautiful setting of the garden room at the white house, Foulgers Opening (just off Ber Street), Norwich, NR1 3AH

Mindfulness Taster Session

These taster sessions are always popular and places are limited so email thivenorwich@hotmail.com to reserve your spot. Come and learn about how and why mindfulness can enhance your life, and learn about the Thrive approach to mindfulness and how we teach it. Of course there will also be practical exercises and some led meditations too.

8 week Mindfulness Course

October 3rd, 7-9pm, the garden room at the White House – NR1 3AH

Our ever-popular 8 week course returns – the best way to really  introduce mindfulness fully into your life. The course consists of eight two-hour sessions plus a catch up session a month after the course ends. You also get a workbook and access to downloadable meditations (or CD recordings if you choose).
