Events - Thrive Mindfulness & Wellbeing
“The relaxed and friendly manner in which you delivered the course made the weekend a pleasure to attend. It was helpful to hear both your own and your shadowing colleague’s personal experiences of mindfulness. I have recommended attending your course to a family member and friends. Thank you for your guidance which I hope will be the starting point for a lifelong practise of mindfulness.”

Drop-in Mindfulness Evening
“Such an interesting and calming morning of mindfulness ‘me time’ in such a beautiful natural setting. Highly recommended!!! ”
Lisa, Pensthorpe nature park
“Holly’s workshop covered a lot of ground, guiding us from a sharing of our personal experiences through an outline of related scientific research to techniques for stress-reduction through kindness meditations. We also spent time in the wonder of nature that exists at Pensthorpe, reminding us all about how nature can help to soothe and awaken ourselves. Everyone seemed to leave the workshop lightened and brightened!”
